The scope of this cleaning treatment is to clean the internal or external surface of the system / pipe material such as carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc. from scale & another contaminant.
The purpose of this cleaning treatment is to remove impurities such as rust, oils & greases, crusty heavy metal oxides (Iron Oxide, Calcium, Silica, Magnesium, Sodium etc.)
We use various cleaning methodology commonly used in chemical cleaning purpose such as:

1. Initial Water Flushing is the first water flushing for removing dust & other contaminant particle occur inside the system using clean water circulation
2. Degreasing (Alkaline Cleaning) is common method for removing oil & grease agent inside or outside the system using High pH chemical range from > 9
3. Acid Cleaning is common method for removing scale & crusty heavy metal oxides in the system using very low pH acid circulation
4. Rinsing using clean water to remove remaining Alkaline or Acid after circulation
5. Passivation is the final process for protecting the metal surface after cleaning by generating a soft layer of “antirust” agent that will last for 20 to 45 days
6. Quality Control & Quality Assurance during the process.

Both NAS 1638 and ISO 4406 focus on the methods for calculating particle counts or solid contamination levels within a fluid.
NAS 1638 represents the counts of particles in five size groups:
