- Strong knowledge of preparation methods and equipment (Total preparation, Partial Preparation, PC Preparation, sieving test, drying progress, cutting process, Jaw Crusher, Pulverizer and Bowls ESSA, admin and recording, packing, and sample storage)
- Strong knowledge of mineralogy analysis (Wet digestion methods, Specific gravity test, aqua regia digestion, triple acids digestion, 4 acids digestion including HF, ICP testing, AAS nitrous and acetylene, XRF, Certified reference material and standards, Sulfur and Carbon analysis using LECO)
- Coordinating with internal section for any special sample handling and client’s extra requirements
- Input master database of all client’s detail and analysis required to LIMS and produce work sheets for preparation (milling) and laboratory section
- Handling client complains with professional manner and attitude
- Monitoring preparation (milling) and analysis progress
- Making communication to global Intertek mineral laboratory with purpose of mineral analysis
